    I bought this to blow the steam from home brewing out of the window. I adapted and old steamer basket and turned it into tea light heat \"engine\". It works beautifully and is soon, with effortless silence, wafting those beautiful hop and barley aromas (which for some reason, the rest of the household find unpleasant???) out of the window. Everyone who has seen it running is amazed at how it works and work well it does. I can\'t explain the science behind it being a simple soul, I just say it works by magic and that seems good enough for most people. It does get hot so be careful near it when it\'s in use oh, and the blades spin really fast so keep that in mind too. Unbelievable product that is simply amazing to use, brilliant.

    Arrived in advance of expected date and the size was exactly what I was looking for. Fan installed and works fine although I don\'t expect to get too much use out of it now we are in Spring. It starts no problems when the stove gets hot enough and slows down when the stove is cooling. To-date fan has been quiet whilst operating and whilst watching the TV you probably wouldn\'t notice a very low whirring noise.

    Good service from Roov. Ordering process was straightforward and timely delivery. Fan is working. VERY quiet. I stopped short of giving 5* because I just can\'t be sure if it is wholly effective and making a difference. That said, for the price, I would recommend that you try it.

SILENT OPERATION

SAFE & AUTOMATIC

The higher the temperature that the stove gets, the faster the 3 blades will spin and the more heat will be spread around your room. The minimum temperature to start the rotation of the fan is 60 C (122 F). If the temperature rises above 300 degrees, this heat powered fan will raise a  bimetallic safety device from the base of the fan to protect itself from any potential damage.
